"I enjoyed my stay but, unfortunately, landed on a day when there was a blizzard. No taxis available from the Airport and a long wait for a shuttle bus. Shuttle buses don't drop off too near you so I had a few blocks to walk, in the blizzard, with a suitcase, through built-up snow (no taxis available from the shuttle bus drop-off point). There would not have been a problem had there not been a blizzard. I must remember to come earlier in the year another time!"

"ALthough I said yes to #7, it would be with certain warnings about our experience. The noice level from room to room was unacceptable. Regular conversations could be heard from the next room. We never slept for three nights because the noise from the television that was left on all night was loud and disturbing. We were not able ourselves to get the television turned down to an acceptable level as it seemed that it was fixed at one volume. There were two fire alarms while we were there and the communication about evacuation and the the return to the rooms was less than acceptable. Since we had a sick person with us we would not have in hindsight stayed on the 19th floor."

"Let me see... Do not have breakfast here. There are plenty of places within a two to 3 block distance where you can pay less and certainly eat better as this meal is very poor at the hotel. Make sure that if you arrive late, after 10 p.m. that you bring your own mineral water from outside, believe it or not the vending machine has o water and the restaurant neither, I had to walk two blocks at midanight in order to get some water! Worst still, apart from the front desk people, not all, you will have difficulty getting any service out here so be prepared to be on your own. When I went to the restaurant the next day in the evening for a drink and short meeting, I asked for a mineral water and was told thay did not have it. I then hinted at the fact that I did saw a fridge with water next to the vending machine at the small souvenir shop there and the waiter actually suggested I get it!!!!
If it is only a sleeping place you need suggest you try other much cheaper options as, for this price X what you get in exchange,I consider this to be one of the worst places I have ever stayed in during my 25 years of world travel and, despite the room not being bad, the price was a ridiculously high.
I did see on the front desk wall a quality award from Best Western, I think from 2003. It makes me wonder which are the Best Western parameters to dish out these awards or whether the hotel got so bad during the last two years?"
