"No air Conditioning in hall way--elevators took too long. Was never told to hang on to parking ticket, and at the end of the stay we could not find the ticket, had to go back to the room and look for it otherwise would have to pay for parking again."

"The clerk at the desk was very up front about the floor that we stayed on. We had no problems but she went out of her way to warn us if we did. We did recieve a free breakfast voucher with are stay. I would not recomend that to anyone, the fruit, lunch meat,and juices must have been sitting a while, they all tasted spoiled."

"The only advantage about this hotel is the location. Nothing else is even ok about it. I booked 2 rooms for my family and both rooms were old and smelly. I do undersyand that I am a smoker and the rooms must smell like smoke, but as I travel a lot and always book smoking rooms, this is the only hotel I stayed in that had such a bad smell in its room. These rooms by far should not be catagorized as hotel rooms they should be rated as low grade motel rooms. The bathrooms and the entire hotel need major maitenance and upgrades (based on the fair we paid) also and the staff needs major courses on proper customer service."

"Our rate was suppose to be 119.00 (Cad) as we are AARP members. We were charged 139.00 and would not change the charge, even when I showed them my resevation confirmation. I reserved 2 rooms for 119.oo and they charged myself and a friend (also an AARP member) 139.00 for each room. I really feel cheated, even though the facility was nice."
