"To be honest it was the first time that I was refused a 'bath robe' just because I wasn't in Executive class. The usual response I get from other hotels are 'We usually have them for Executive class however, we'll see if we can find one for you' and I always got one.
There were other little things which could have been avoided and which would of made my stay more pleasant and comfortable."
