"Poorly served. If management does not know how to handle larger flows of customers, then they should not receive them.
Both the swimming pool area and the change rooms were dirty; no one took care of maintaining them even presentable.
In a one-night stay I was bothered three times by the lack of adequate service (including receiving a key that opened "my" room where I woke up someone who was sleeping naked ? both embarrassing and annoying for me and the other person!!!).
I do not mind people making mistakes if they are overwhelmed; however, as a customer, I think management should take responsibility of this and at least try to ?make it up? for their clients.
Another example: I was informed by the receptionist that the breakfast was included in the price I had paid ($152 for the night)... only to find out as I was leaving, that I had to pay an extra $28 for having had breakfast there... "Oh, it was a mistake from the person who informed you" the other receptionist said... well, ok, why do I have to pay for her mistake??? Shouldn't management try to at least accommodate something, rather than letting customers go with a bad taste and a solid "NO, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone"?
I think this hotel looks very nice in the pictures but it is far from being the "luxurious accommodation" they preach in their website."
