"Better directions of how to get to Hotel The map on your broucher was very confusing. Road work in the area did not help much. Several people in our group commented on how long it took to find the hotel. Also the garage area was not very well marked as to where one was to park etc, also more information as to how the garage parking ticket worked would have been useful. The lady at the desk was very busy when I checked in and she had little time to explain all the parking proceedures."

"Was a very nice hotel, very comfortable. The view was spectacular. Great attractions in the hotel. My only compalint, The staff was a little unfriendly and it was hard to find a restaurant close, other than the hotel, which was only open at certain times."

"-Keep the work out area open later or open it earlier in the mornings. -I found the bed a little too soft for my liking. -We received the newspaper only once during our week long stay there, whereas the other individual with us received it each day. Overall a comfortable stay."

"My stay was ok but our room was very hot i called down to the front desk numerous time to ask why it was so hot in our room and the girl at the desk sent someone up to see what was wrong this man also agreed it was very hot he said he would be back in a few minutes but 45min later he still wasn't back. So we stayed in that room that nite but our second was far to hot so i called down again and the lady at the front desk recommended we close our blinds and open our door. so finally one of the other girls i was with was so hot she got heat rash and thats when i went down myself and complained and finaly we got another room 10:00pm that nite"

"Service in restaurant was really poor. Also, we were amazed there were no stairs access to and from the lobby to the rooms. 3 elevators to service the whole hotel (1 not working part of the time) meant long waits. Advertised hours for use of work out room were significantly cut which was disappointing especially for those who might need early or late hours (children issues!)."
