"The weekend bar staff are pleasant and friendly, however, the lady who worked on thursday evening was rude. We are a mixed couple and she implied we were not married, and kept talking french to us even though we spoke english.
The rest of your staff were courteous and helpful"

"We were a group of 10. 7 of us were children. The pool hours were NEVER honored as advertised. We went to this hotel because of the accomodations that were listed. If you are going to advertise certain ammenities and the hours for those...the times should be honored. Either the person assigned to the pool was on break (which seemed to be all the time) or the pool was closed for maintenance. How often does a pool need maintenance every day and why does it take ALL of the hours that the pool is supposed to be open and not during the time that it is not supposed to be open? Very poor management. Also, the area was closed up tight for the weekend...and the restaurant at the hotel had VERY little to offer. It was called a "summer" menu. The staff was VERY nice and tried to accomodate as best they could within the limitations of what they had to work with. But, with so many kids and not knowing the area, this was a real inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future."

Four Points by Sheraton & Conf Centre Gatineau-Ottawa is a modern business and convention hotel situated approximately nine miles from the Ottawa airport. It is one block from the Canadian Museum of Civilization, three blocks from Place du Centre, and less than a mile from the National Art Gallery of Canada. Within short driving range are many additional sights and attractions, including University of Ottawa, Byward Market, and Ottawa Congress Centre.
The hotel is comprised of 201 elegantly appointed guest rooms, and features an indoor heated pool and whirlpool, a fitness facility, and a business center. Shopping is connected to the property.
