"When we checked in late in the evening, the bathtub stopper was broken. The manager told us that he could not get someone to fix it, so we had to move to another room. We had to call housekeeping for a luggage rack, and then again for towels as there were no towels in the bathroom of that room.
We had a glass in the restaurant that had a chipped edge to it. The NIveau lounge ran out of food 1/2 hour before it was supposed to close for breakfast. We were given vouchers for the restaurant on the first floor and were then told that they were good only for cold food. After we explained our situation, the waitress then let us have some hot food.
All in all, we were very disappointed with the above series of poor service. We expected much more from the Sheraton."

"We stayed only one night at Sheraton Laval and spent the rest of the week in Quebec City and wished we had been able to take your hotel room with us as the one in Quebec City at a top name hotel was deplorable. As for Sheraton Laval, we were very impressed with the cordial staff and in particularly the room. We travel a fair amount and it is one of the best appointed rooms we have stayed in. We wish other hotels would take note even some of your other Sheratons. Plenty of desk space for working. Clean, fresh, tastefully decorated and stylish furniture. Excellent accomodation.
It has the added advantage of being close to freeways and shopping, so is excellent for business and for personal with a large shopping centre right next door.
If we have an opportunity to return to Laval, we would definitely stay with you.
