"continental breakfast was not as well organized as other hotels of same value. They ran out of paper cereal bowls so we had to eat out of a box but the food was good and staff were courteous. Perhaps a room off the lobby with tables and chairs would be more enjoyable with enough utensils to go around."

"There was a bottle of water left in the room. If you opened it, you were charged $2.99. This is wrong. My mother opened it without knowing, thinking it was one of ours. If you want to charge for water, put it in a minibar, or in a vending maching in the hallway. Do not trick people. I paid for the bottle upon leaving, then was sent a notice in the mail that they were going to charge me another 2.99 for the bottle. Not only did they charge me for the bottle, but they did not even check that I had already paid, and charged me twice!!! Now it is up to me to fight the charge, paying long distance charges to argue my case and get the charges reversed. Up to that point, I was very happy with the hotel, and even told my husband to stay there on his way to meet me. Now, I do not recommend it. I travel a lot, and have stayed in many hotels, in countries all over the globe. I am very tolerant of a lot of things, but bad service (i.e., not checking to see that I had already paid for the water) turns me off."

"The hotel was so well-maintained that we thought it was brand new! Everything was in perfect shape and quite nice. The room was comfortable and pleasant. We were very surprised and pleased at the level of comfort we had there."
