"I thought the location was great. Our oldest daughter checked in the same day as us in another room that had dried blood on the ceiling which was slightly disturbing. The girl that worked the desk the first day we went (the one booked online July) was very friendly. We returned and stayed there on August 6th (we arrived at approximately 10:30pm) the girl at the desk was so rude it was almost hard to believe. I walked to the counter and said "Hello" and she completely ignored me for about 5 minutes and was typing on the computer. She finally looked up and said "Can I help you"? She was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in the public sector. I am glad she was not the one at the desk the first night I was there or I would have never returned for a second stay. I am not one to ususally complain but I had to let you know that the service on our second day was unacceptable.

"Some of the staff were pleasant, others looked put out at answering any questions at all and were not that friendly. There was no peanut butter for toast for the continental breakfast - even a little thing like that means a lot when you're travelling. I have stayed a few times at this Super8 but will try somewhere else next time. Being greeted with a smile means a lot. (On the up side, the room was clean.)"

"Both nights that we stayed there (and in different rooms each time), the shower curtains smelled musty and rotten. They are fabric curtains, so can be washed and should be washed more frequently. Other than that, the rooms were very clean."

carpets along baseboards not well vacuumed. Did not smell clean

"in Room 309, the window leaked when the wind blew rain against the hotel, and it started pouring into the room...Fortunately the wind died down right away and water stopped coming in. (The window was completely closed)"
