"I made a 9:58 international telephone call and was charged for 28 minutes $107.00 USD. I had previously made 3 attempts to make the call and was charged (3 minutes each attempt). The hotel removed the charges after the helpful clerk tried the number herself and was charged. I was told to email the hotel about the excessive phone charge and they would contact the phone company for verification and I did. The Hotel has not answered my emailand I am not confident they will."
