"Bathroom toilet not 100% clean
Minibar not replenished each day
No real soap in bathroom
Shower too small, courtain sticks to body
Breakfast doesn´t include hot dishes
But...
Gentofte is amongst the most exclusive area in Kopenhaguen
Charming restaurant
Friendly reception personnel
Good value for money at reduced prices"

"Shower facilities were extremely unconvenient; very low standard. Bath room almost under water.
Electricity defects on room plugs. flying electric wires.
Claims were brought foreward to the reception and commented:
We cannot serve it this weekend, but we give you another room.
Within the new room no electric problems but shower facilities the same.
On the other hand: A beautiful restaurant with excellent food; recommendable"
