Situated on south-eastern coast of the Dominican Republic, Casa de Paraiso is a five-bedroom villa located in Juan Dolio and approximately 20 minutes from Las Americas International Airport and 30 minutes from downtown Santo Domingo. Juan Dolio is set along interrupted stretches of road, following the shoreline and several beaches. The villa is 40 minutes west of La Romana.
The property is located in Metro Country Club, which is a 550-acre residential community with a champion 18-hole golf course and private beach club. Golf carts, caddies, golf club rentals, a practice range, golf lessons, a golf pro-shop, lockers, a bar, a restaurant, and a piano bar are also on site.
The villa sleeps eight and features five bedrooms, four baths, a private pool, four LCD TVs, 2 DVD players, a washer and dryer, air-conditioning, maid quarters, 24-hour security, a living room and family room, and a dining area and kitchen. Live-in maid, private chef, and/or personal chauffer are available upon request.
