"we booked a room with a cot for a one year old baby and we were put in a room on the third floor. as this hotel is made up of many individual buildings there was no lift so this made carrying a pushchair up and down many flights of stairs very inconvient. also the access through the main front door of the building consisted of 2 oversized stone steps which proved hard work with a pram especially if only one adult was there and would make it nearly immpossible for disabled guests."
