[ 1 review(s) ] Anonymous guest from Blandford, GB stayed on December 12, 2003 "Compared to other local hotels where I frequently stay, I would say Ambassadors have got it right in terms of the facilities and design quality but are let down by finish and, especially, by patchy staff quality. Some of the European girls on breakfast duty clearly don't want to be there and scarcely understand English. The room was fine in every way but I could smell a hot/ melting plastic stink from time to time wafting into the room from outside, giving me a headache. Overall this hotel will provide competitive value if they refresh the finish (which I understand they plan to do shortly) and if they do more to get staff who know how to work in a hotel."
