"We absolutely loved this hotel from the moment we pulled up to it in our taxi! It is gorgeous and just what we wanted for our stay in London. We were lucky enough to stay in the Victoria Suite..not to be missed. Right across from beautiful Hyde Park, we loved the neighborhood. We walked to everything! We even had the most wonderful dinner in the Commodore's restaurant. Do not forget the cozy bar! Thank you, Commodore for a memorable experience for our vacation. We will recommend you to everyone!"

Commodore Hotel 
Situated in a quiet, tree-filled square opposite Hyde Park, the 90-room, Victorian town house-styled Commodore Hotel is a cozy and convenient place to stay during a visit to London. Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Oxford Street and Marble Arch are all within walking distance, as is the Lancaster Gate Underground (Tube) stop. Built in 1860, the hotel is adorned with antiques from the Victorian period, many of them on display in the comforting foyer lounge.
On the premises is a Mediterranean-themed restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner (including tasty authentic Spanish tapas), a lounge, a bar, and a recently refurbished gym.
The hotel staff is eager to accommodate in any way that will enhance the comfort and stay of the guests.
Rooms are simple, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing the basic amenities such as en-suite showers and bathrooms (with hair dryer), satellite TV, radio, telephone with modem link, work desk, and tea & coffee making facilities.
