"The hotel seems to be a magnet for people wanting to drink.
The bar is loud and intimidating from as early as 7pm. People spill into reception and take their pints into the elevator and upper floors, with the resultant mess and smell.
Nights are disturbed by drunken residents at all hours.
The management seem keen to get bar income rather than look after the interests of paying guests.
Please don't stay there if you need a good night's sleep."
