"was disapointed in ther fact i was charged for 2x breakfast when we did not have have breakfast on one of the days therefore 20 euros over charge but as i didnt check bill details i never picked up on it.
no hot water from tea time on friday still no hot water prior to departure on sat therefore very uncomfortable not able to shower or wash hair etc
resteraunt was excellant food and service so good
on arrival at hotel a rather arroaganmt lady informed us you have to be in hotel by midnight or door ocked then half an hour later told us it was 11oclock when doors locked this somewhat restricted what we did in the evening as i wanted to go a litle furth out of town to try some resteraunts but could not as needed to be back at hotel before 11
on the whole i wont complain but i do think more care needs to be taken re billing etc as the hotel is expensive for the area so over charging should be avoided i realise its on 20 euro but being i could not bathe /shower etc it only added to my frustration"
