"Receptionist was quite unhelpful. I asked her for assistance in getting to Geneva airport. She said the only option was a taxi. However, there are frequent buses leaving very near the hotel to Geneva, which is an option for guests not wanting to pay the ridiculous cost of a taxi to Geneva. I would have expected the concierge to be more helpful in these travel arrangements."
