"When I booked the room on the internet I received a confirmation that a double room costing 91 euros had been reserved. On arrival at the hotel the receptionist apparently had no record of our booking and had to make a telephone call. We were then allocated a room which was a bit small and on the back of the door said it cost 91 to 113 euros per night. On checking our we were given a bill which gave the cost of the room as 113 euros per night. I showed the receptionist the printout of the confirmation and she reluctantly reduced the bill and retained a photocopy of the printout.
I have to add that we have stayed at the Hotel Central a few times and it's location is excellent."
