"When I arrived at the Astir Palace Resort, the hotel where I had a reservation, Arion, had already closed for the season. The only hotel open was the Nafsika. I went there to check-in and my name was on the list. They were ready for my arrival despite the mix-up. My stay was extremely pleasant. I arrived during the off season so there were not many people in the hotel. That made for a quiet, relaxing stay. The price was a little high but considering the service (fresh fruit, deserts, and ice delivered to the room daily) and ammenities (nice pool, fast/free internet, large room with fantastic bathroom and large shower), it is worth considering for a honeymoon or luxury retreat."

Arion Resort & Spa occupies an entire peninsula in Vouliagmeni and is located approximately 15 miles from Athens Airport and 16 miles from the Acropolis and the Parthenon. This location is also 200 meters from the marina, five miles from the Glyfada Shopping Center, and 28 miles from the Sounion Poseidon Temple.
