"I had an extremely bad experience right from the start. During the check-in, the staff could not locate my reservation. It was an online reservation made on a Sun morning. They told me that they are unable to pull up the reservation entries from the online system and hence could tnot verify my reservation. After some 20 mins of standing in the reception, finally they gave me a room and said they will verify the reservation on Mon and then charge me accordingly.
There was another problem as soon as I checked in. I had asked for a one room king bed. Instead I got a room with two twinbeds !!
The major disappointment was with the BFast in the restaurant downstairs. The waiters never bothered to ask me for a smoking or non-smoking preference. Instead they seated me in a smoking area. There were no signs indicating that smoking is allowed in the restaurant. So I never specifically asked for a non-smoking seat. Eventualy the smoking got so bad around me, that I walked out in the middle of Bfast. Suffered a sore throat for the next 2 days."
