Meat and cheese produced in the cheese-factory of the property, refurnish the restaurant La Posta de Cavalieri, which is located in the Country Relais.Moreover, the possession is supplied with a Horse-riding circle and organizes the Irish Drag Hunt, it is possible to ride with an instructor and to make promenades with a guide.The Drag Hunt is organized in the period which goes from October to May. The Horse-riding circle was the first in Italy to be approved by the notorious British Horse Society, in 1999.
