"We chose this hotel because it is close to Malpensa airport and provides a free shuttle. When we were being picked up at Malpensa, the shuttle did not show up until 20 minutes after it was supposed to. When we were leaving Italy, we needed an early morning shuttle but their first shuttle didn't leave until 6 a.m., which was a little tight for us. We would have appreciated knowing about their shuttle scheduling in advance. Also, strangely, the hotel would only provide us with one key per room. Apart from these issues, the hotel was clean and staff were quite courteous."
