"We rrived late at night to be given a poky room, which had not been cleaned - this was then rectified, but we still found a small sh*t-stain on the bathroom floor, the air-coniditioning leaked and the porter tried forcibly to direct us to a nearby restuarant 2 nights in a row where he obviously recieved a small kick-back for any custom he brought in - when we didn't heed his instructions on the second night, he followed us down the street, sat down 2 tables away in the restaurant we had chosen (it had outdoor seating etc) and stared at us for 15 minutes! In short, not ideal - a nearby (400 yards away) hotel called "Hotel Medici" was the same price and much, much better - we stayed there on our return to Rome 2 weeks after staying in Priscilla. Take note."
