"we have stayed at the ANA hotel in the past and have always enjoyed it and the staff. Our host in Kyoto a Mr. Tsuda, first introduced
us to the hotel as his guest. Since then, it is our Hotel of choice.
The staff has always given us five star service and made our stays memorable. Thank you. Tim & Noriko Morris"

"Kyoto is a great place for tourists. Very different to Tokyo.
Best way to travel in Japan is by Shinkanzen trains and local metro.
Hotel ANA has a courtesy bus to / from main railway station every 15 minutes, very helpful and friendly staff, reasonable English spoken.
Buffet style breakfast included in room rate was good quality and a lot of choice. Kyoto is a big city, don't be tempted to walk between different places take a taxi, better still learn how to use the subway. Some of the most interesting places we saw were Katsura Imperial Villa and Gardens, guided tour only in Japanese; and Kiomisu dera temple area."
