Your documentation says that there is an iron & a coffee maker in every room. Not in ours. The coffee at the free breakfast is the pits! Your pillows are very flat, the decor is old (ex: peeling wall paper), but the staff does its job. The reception clerk was very friendly. The price is slightly high for what you get.
