"ad 1. hotel claims to be exclusive for adults only. During most of our stay there were large families with children who disturbed peaceful sitting at pool and restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
ad 4. our room (502)was situated behind the kitchen, with the consequence that during the nights we had the constant noise of the kitchen-airco's or other machines which were louder than our room-airco.
ad 5. service at restaurant, especially for dinner, was not professional and slow. Personnel consists of good willing young people without the desired qualifications. The dinnermenu was limited and on top of that some dishes on the menu were not available (Not even a simple icecream for dessert).
ad 6. the roomrates were supposed to include full breakfast. Freehotelguide gave us a roomrate of 171 US $. Hotel charged us a roomrate of 220! Compared to rate (120 US $ + breakfast) we paid in Camino Real Zaashila the week before that is far too much for the service/amenities we got.
Ad 7. We would recommend this hotel only for its location and view."

The Hotel Has Magnificent Gardens, a Relaxing Terrace and a Lobby With a Safe, a Currency Exchange, a Cloakroom and a 24-Hour Reception.
