"There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room - I had a 2 year old child with me and this did cause a problem with bottles ect. But the room was nice, the staff were helpful and very friendly - they all spoke English which was advantageous. I would stay here again :-)"

"The greatest asset is location across the street from the railway station and shuttle bus for Schiphol airport. Nice hotel in a quaint city, Haarlem."
