The 65 buildings that comprise Hotel Kura Hulanda are the Museum Kura Hulanda's largest exhibit--a collection of 18th and 19th century architecture. This Dutch Colonial historic district is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Hotel Kura Hulanda is a 67-room luxury boutique resort located within a village complex known as Project Kura Hulanda. Spanning eight blocks, this village complex includes several properties in addition to the hotel, including a 21st century conference center, the Museum Kura Hulanda, and the Jacob Gelt Dekker Institute. The hotel has a fitness center, two pools, spa with four treatment rooms, shops, four restaurants, a cafe, bar, and complimentary transportation to the beach.
Each of the 65 rooms is individually painted by a local artist. All rooms have handmade furnishings and hand-sewn bedspreads from India.
