"Sheets were not new and had to call down for the bed to be remade.
Hotel personnel tried to come into room three times after midnight, because they did not know they had already put us there.
Noisy halls that kept us up until the wee hours of the morning.
We would have been more comfortable staying in the airport terminal overnight than in this hotel."
