"On several different occasions we needed assistance and never received any. Towels were in limited numbers -- employees would not deliver more on request. During a heavy rainstorm, waters flooded the floor. We called the office about having someone clean them up and they never did. The following morning the waters were still standing in the floor and a travel companion slipped and fell. Her legs were bruised and one was scraped from the fall. We were very displeased with their service."

"We needed towels at several different times for they did not provide us with enough initially. We were only left ONE washcloth over the time of our stay. The office was notified, however we never received anymore towels. During a downpour of rain, our neighbors room was flooded through the door. (which is another issue -- the doors did not shut securely. They would blow open if the deadbolt was not locked.) They contacted the office about coming to clean up the inch of water that sat in their floor, but no one ever came to help. The following morning their daughter fell and bruised and scraped up her legs. Her father is considering suing."

Coqui Inn 
Located in the Isla Verde resort area of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Coqui Inn is five minutes by taxi from the airport and 10 minutes from the Cruise Ship Piers.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi high-speed Internet access in the public areas around each pool, two pools, public computer Internet access, morning coffee/tea/pastry beside the pool, morning newspapers in English and Spanish, parking in front of each building (additional parking on street), 24-hour front desk service, a tour desk and taxi pick-up at Coqui Inn Green Isle, shared microwave oven available, and coin-operated laundry facilities.
Coqui Inn accommodations feature direct-dial telephones, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, daily maid service (linen changed every third day - or on request), and cable TV. All rooms have kitchenettes or mini-fridges, depending on category.
NOTE: The hotel has recently changed its name to Coqui Inn. The hotel was formerly known as the Green Isle Inn and some taxi drivers and locals may still know it as such.
