"1. Bed was very uncomfortable: mattress sagged badly
2. plumbing noisy in the night - woke me up. Did not complain at the time only because I had very little sleep time before a work visit the next day.
3. Room service breakfast very nice, reception staff helpful.
4. Toilets on 2nd floor (for coffee shop) pretty awful."
