The staff at Sheraton Towers Singapore obviosly KNOW how to make people feel at ease. Everybody contributed-nobody let your standards drop. We came away refreshed. We have travelled the world for over forty years and at last have found true excellence in hotel standards. We have used Sheraton before but this was extra special. Your people throughout SINGAPORE are also vry kind and made our stay outside your hotel most enjoyable but when inside we really felt at home-unlike many other hotels where thye real personal touch does not occur.
