"I had purchase some flowers from the market and had to place them in a small drinking glass.
The next day, the housekeeping staff had bought a beautiful crystal vase for the flowers.
I really appreciated the gesture.

"The room we had (Queen bed with shower) had a peculiar odour...probably the air conditioning which was noisy and curiously placed behind the full length curtain making it entirely ineffective unless one opened the curtain. The duvet provided did not stretch across the bed (10 cm short). We complained and a second single duvet arrived shortly after, which was OK. However, the mattress was so bad that every time one of us moved the other was disturbed so much that neither of us could sleep. Finally I gave up and slept on the floor on blankets and the bed covering! Not usual Best Western mattress standards and I will be complaining. Breakfast was good!!!!"
