House keeping staff did not know English, did not replace linens till asked to do and refused to refresh bedsheets for the stay and their demeanor was rude - perhaps because of the language barrier. I was not informed of the connection with the airport via bus/ train and had to take expensive taxi. Had to discover the connection on my own after reaching hotel - something a customer centric organization would do. Front desk staff was very courteous. Breakfast was very good, but the same everyday. Climate control was poor in the room. I will try this hotel one more time, though, since it was clean and met my basic needs.
