"The hotel was very good. However the management / registration was a complete chaos. Here are some details. When we arrived, the registration staff said they hadn't any reservation for us (what was wrong because I showed them the confirmation). After 30 minutes we got a room but not as booked with sea view and also for one day. They said, the seconde night is not possible because they are fully booked. The room was far away from the sea and there was no sea view at all. Reception promised to get back to us regarding the second nioght within an hour what never happend. Then I asked to speak with the service manager. Surprisingly, now we were shown another room nut also without seaview. The Manager said now that the second night is no problem and that they will accomodate us in a sea view room in the second night. But this never happend. When I asked for this at reception, they were not informed about this by the Manager. Later on they promised to send us a bottle of wine as a small gift for al this inconvenience and the Manager also promised a small discount. Again, this was unknown to the reception and also at check out, they were not aware of this. All in all we spend at least 2 hours at reception because nothing worked automatically. Therefore the whole stay was very frustrating. Again, the hotel was fine but customer service was really very very bad. As a result, the money was not worth for this hotel and we would not go back to this hotel again"
