"1. I made my reservations via internet. When I got there, they had my name & credit card number correct but my address info was wrong. This required the entire indentification scenario.
2. Empty coke can and TV remote under the edge of the bed.
3. Chairs in the room needed cleaning. May be wrong but it appeared to be body fluid stains.
4. Shower head needs to be reattached to the wall.
Wasn't entirely bad though. The clerk was friendly and helpful with directions to area restaurants, etc. The premises were quiet without a lot of rough housing to disturb you.
With corrections of the above situations, I would rate this Best Western a B+"
