[ 1 review(s) ] William from Newark, OH US stayed on March 20, 2004 "the morning desk clerk was one of the rudest people i have ever encountered. there were five people in our room and when i asked for more than two towels so my children could take a shower he made me wait five minutes until he finished filing and then handed me the towels without an apology or a thank you. i do not want to confuse him with the gentleman who checked us out, he was very pleasant. the outside pool area cleanliness was atrocious and my children said the pool area tables were too nasty to even play cards on" Recommends the hotel to others?
