"We have stayed at this location a couple different times and have always felt like coming "home". The lobby, billards area, exercise area, breakfast area were all very nice, clean etc. However, we were very disappointed in our room. Breakfast cereal was still on the floor the 4th day when we left. It was not ours. They didn't leave the amount of towels nor cups, we had to ask. Think the housekeeping needs to check things out a little better. Wish I could have had all positive things to say as is was always a super wonderful place before during our visits. The check-in staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Even saw one of the ladies in Mesa one of the nights at a restaurant and she came over and visited, which was very nice. It was just the cleanliness of the room that was bad, which had never been that way before.
