"Front desk personnel was lacksidaisical at best. I had to ask for the local FREE paper concerning activities. She didn't know where it was nor was she incline to offer help to find local listings. After we asked, she gave me the phone # of the movie theater, which was the wrong phone #. We didn't dare ask for a wake-up call. Also, neglected to tell us of the chnge in breakfast times,Sun to Mon(& okay, maybe we should have thought of it) so we missed breakfast altogether on Mon.! Also, personal issues & matters, esp. phone calls,were far more important than attention to us, the lowly patron. Too bad, I guess, because it is in a nice setting, though you have to go "the extra mile" to find a bad setting in Payson!"
