"We ended up having to look for another hotel to stay in on Memorial weekend. Which was almost impossible. I am alergic to smoke and had spoken to a gentleman with a strong accent at this hotel and he assured me we had a non-smoking room with two double beds. I spoke with him three times. When we arrived the female mananger was rude and did absolutely nothing to accomodate us. She knew who we had spoken with but didn't care. The room was dirty, and reaked of smoke so badly that my eight year olds eyes were running. It was disgusting. That is basically our how our stay went. K. Haselgrove"
