"When I arrived, the toilet did not work in my room. The bathroom door needed work. The lock did not work because the door and the door jam did not meet. I needed to iron my clothes and there was no ironing board or iron in the room, no problem. I call the main desk and they told me that I had to come to the front desk to pick it up. So now, I have to get dressed so that I can retrieve the equipment. When I get to the desk I am told that I have to bring it back soon in case someone else needs to use it. Then I bring the iron back to my room and it is broken. I call the front desk and I was told to bring it back. This now becomes another inconvenient trip for the customer to the front desk.
They said that they had continental breakfast. They had cereal,
juice, milk, fruit and some type of muffin, but the fruit wasn't fresh, it appeared old.
We were going to check out of the hotel into another one, but we were there for a funeral and we were stressed out enough without trying to pack up and secure another hotel. The hotel was clean,and the staff was nice, but they need to renovate the building and consider the needs of their customers. Happy customers come back and disgruntled ones tell others about their bad experiences."
