"A more accommodating policy for customers requesting early check in is needed. Although I was able to check in early, when I first requested it, the desk clerk simply repeated what time check in was; At my insistence, she grudgingly found a room that was available at 12:30 (check in is 2).
Also, the initial room rate on the check in form was not the rate guaranteed on the web site. When I drew the clerk's attention to it, she changed it to the rate quoted."
