The hotel was recently renovated in 2000, perfectly reflecting the charming character of Beverly Hills. It is in close proximity to the beaches of Malibu and Santa Monica. - While renovating and re-branding, the Beverly Pavilion Hotel offers great deals for Beverly Hills. The project will be finalized by Spring/Summer 2007. - The Beverly Pavilion Hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovation and is delighted to announce major upgrades to the building and its facilities:Lobby and restaurant (Kitchen/Room Service) are under refurbishment. The new restaurant ÂBond Street Beverly Hills is scheduled to open in September 2007. The work-out room and the rooftop pool/sundeck are under construction and therefore closed. Our façade and balconies are also getting a Âface-liftÂ. The entire project will be finalized by the end of this year. Thompson Beverly Hills merges the sophisticated cool of late 70s and 80s design with the casual elegance of Californian modernism.
