"There were ants in the room, the spa was "run down" and was not working properly, the pool was OK but the umbrella at the table was broken, paint was peeling from the bathroom door and around the edges of the floor and it was very overpriced for what you received."

"The carpet needed to be shampooed. Our children were barefoot in the hotel room and their feet were black from the dirty carpet and needed to be washed before they went to bed. There were ants in the room."
