"The only significant negative comment I can offer is that we made a huge mistake by not
bringing our own pillows. Trying to sleep on your hard, hot, (rubber foam?) pillows was a
real nightmare for us. We had virtually no restful sleep for three nights. After the first night
we asked the maid for help, but she said that the pillows were the only ones that all
Best Western Motels/Hotels had nationally. One office manager sent us two more pillows,
but they were the same as the ones we were using. We wound up trying to sleep on rolled
up coats, but without much luck. You might suggest to potential guest that they might want
to bring their own favorite pillow as your variety is VERY limited! The rest of our stay was
very nice, except for being so tired all the time from lack of proper sleep. We would stay
there again, but would definitely provide our own pillows. Airline passengers would have
some dificulty hauling their own pillows around. PLEASE have QUALITY pillows available!
