"I have been extremely upset since I left your hotel. I have stayed in many hotels because I travel for a living and this one was the worse. The shower did not work and there was no one around to complain to. The doors were locked. The surroundings were extremely unsafe. The police was parked by my window. There was a lot of people hanging out by my window and arguing. There was also marijuana paraphanalia in the cabinets. I DO NOT EVEN SMOKE A CIGARETTE, SO I RESENT THAT. Totally embarrassing that my guest and I had to endure that. The towels were very dirty. The front desk receptionist was not friendly at all. I booked this hotel online and I could have stayed at the Westin or the Marriott in Los Angeles for the price I paid you guys. I am sending a letter to the President about this also. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn Suites that was much better than this, but because of my experience with this hotel,I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn Suites again."
