"My first morning went OK. The second morning I was awakened at 6:00 AM by a loud, consistent noise that I couldn't identify. As my head cleared I realized it was static from the clock radio that was not tuned in to a station. I had not set the alarm. Apparently the mid had set it for me! I have no idea why she thought I should wake up at 6:00 AM. That night, when I returned to my room I checked and saw that the alarm had been set again! I turned it off so it would not disturb my sleep. On another morning I was awakened earlier than I desired by hearing the toilet in the room above mine being flushed. This hotel has no soundproofing between rooms."

The Days Inn Long Beach City Center is located two miles from the Long Beach Convention Center and four miles from Long Beach Daugherty Field Airport.
