"The Seaport REALLY TRIES. It is very clean, room maintenance is excellent, its just the place needs some TLC. Its old. Carpets are a little worn, doors and door frames need some paint, some new windows, etc... , but the staff is very attentive and every day, i came into a clean room, clean towels and a bed that would satisfy a drill sergent. its a shock at first look, but i extended my stay and stayed the week after the first night. i was comfortable and content."

"Dark, dark, dark and dank. Difficult to find rooms, no elevator, terrible for older adults. Dad almost fell on dark stairs to room. Room too dark for him to read in.
Dreadful place. Outrageous price for dingy dark room with no services."
