"While the staff is quite accommodating; they need more training at the main desk. Only one particular person at the check in desk knows the "whole show" so to speak. He is a thoroughly competent,respectful and honerable young gentlemen. Unfortuneately I do not know his name. Complements to that man; I'm sure you can deduce who he is. I will not fail to stay a fourth time at your establishment--nor will I fail to tell my associates to stay there either."

"While the room and bath were quite clean, the hallways were somewhat soiled, the carpets needed spotting, the elevator was not clean only because some idiot(kid probably) had spit on the inside of the doors. The staff were quite courteous and I certainly appreciated the danish and coffee in the morning. I did have hit and miss success with the room keyed door--got hung up regularly."
